Future Video Studio Terms

By creating an account, accessing Future Video Studio, or using any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to all users, whether using a paid balance, trial balance, or promotional credits.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it reasonably current.

You may not use the service to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, abuse the platform, circumvent safety controls, or interfere with other users or infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for your prompts, uploaded materials, generated outputs, and the way you use or distribute them.

• No illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or rights-infringing use.
• No attempts to probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass service protections except where expressly allowed by law and our written permission.
• No use of content you do not have the right to upload, process, or generate from.

Future Video Studio relies on Google Cloud and Google generative AI services. You must comply with all applicable Google terms, policies, and restrictions that apply to your use of those services through our platform.

This includes Google's published cloud acceptable-use requirements and generative AI policy requirements, each of which may be updated by Google from time to time.

Credits are consumed for platform actions as described in the product and may be reserved before a generation step completes, then later settled or reconciled to final usage.

All purchases are final. Except where required by law, credits, balances, and fees are non-refundable.

You acknowledge that actual credit usage may be higher than you expect, higher than an estimate shown in the UI, or higher than the amount you provisioned for a specific workflow step.

The service, generated outputs, and any model-backed features are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted availability, successful generation, or that outputs will be error-free, unique, or suitable for any specific legal, commercial, or creative use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Video Studio and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Future Video Studio and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your outputs, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend, restrict, refuse, or terminate your access to the service, delete projects, cancel credits, or discontinue some or all functionality at any time, with or without notice, at our discretion.

We may take those actions for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, platform integrity, or any other business reason we determine appropriate.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version identifier is 2026-03-27. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
