Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Future Video Studio collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use our website, hosted studio app, Agent API, MCP server, ChatGPT app, paid render quote flow, support channels, and related services.

Future Video Studio is operated by Ariadne Networks, LLC. This policy is part of the Future Video Studio terms and applies whether you use an account wallet, a managed API key, a no-account pay-per-render quote, or the ChatGPT app.

02

Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the service, and information received from service providers needed to operate the product.

  • Account and contact data, such as email address, display name, authentication identifiers, waitlist details, support messages, account settings, wallet balances, managed API key metadata, and billing contact details.
  • Creative and render data, such as project names, project mode, screenplay text, prompts, instructions, additional lore, style settings, model choices, timing settings, shot count, resolution, uploaded files, public upload URLs, asset filenames, asset labels and purposes, generated storyboards, clips, music, audio, final videos, status URLs, cancel URLs, quote IDs, claim tokens, and render errors.
  • ChatGPT app and MCP data, such as tool names invoked, tool arguments, tool outputs, widget state, status URLs pasted into the widget, final_video_url values, output_path values used by the download tool, connector headers, marketplace account identifiers, and API key headers required to authenticate a connected account. Secret values are used for authentication and should not be displayed back to users.
  • Payment and quote data, such as quote amount, currency, credits quoted, payment status, payment URL, receipt metadata, Stripe or Link identifiers, fraud prevention signals, and transaction records. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
  • Technical, usage, and diagnostic data, such as IP address, browser and device data, user agent, referrer, request IDs, timestamps, security logs, performance logs, cookies, local storage, and analytics events from tools such as Google Tag Manager when enabled.
03

How We Use Data

We use collected data only for product, safety, billing, support, legal, and service improvement purposes related to Future Video Studio.

  • Provide the studio, website, ChatGPT app, MCP tools, Agent API, render jobs, paid quote records, status polling, cancellation, downloads, account defaults, and project history.
  • Process creative inputs and uploaded assets through orchestration, image, video, music, voice, storage, and assembly systems so the requested render can be produced and delivered.
  • Authenticate users and agents, connect marketplace accounts, validate API key headers, protect secrets, prevent abuse, debug failures, and keep the platform secure.
  • Calculate and settle wallet credits, create no-account paid render quotes, route users to Link or Stripe payment flows, issue receipts, reconcile transactions, and comply with tax, accounting, and payment obligations.
  • Provide customer support, respond to privacy requests, communicate service updates, maintain legal records, improve reliability, measure website usage, and evaluate product performance.
04

ChatGPT App and MCP Tool Coverage

The ChatGPT app and MCP server expose tools that can open the widget, submit renders, create paid render quotes, check render status, check paid render status, cancel renders, download final videos, and return example request bodies.

Inputs and outputs from those tools are handled according to this policy. For example, fvs_submit_render sends the render request and reference media to the hosted FVS Agent API; fvs_create_paid_render_quote creates a quote and returns Link payment details; fvs_get_render_status and fvs_get_paid_render_status retrieve private status and result URLs; fvs_cancel_render requests cancellation; fvs_download_final_video fetches a signed video URL and writes to the local output path provided by the user.

05

Recipients and Processors

We share data only as needed to operate Future Video Studio, complete transactions, comply with law, protect users, or with your direction.

  • OpenAI and ChatGPT when you use the ChatGPT app or MCP connector.
  • Google Cloud, Firebase, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Vertex AI, Gemini, and related Google services for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, orchestration, and model-backed processing.
  • Video, image, audio, music, voice, and enhancement providers, including Venice.ai and other configured model providers, when needed to generate, transform, upscale, or assemble requested outputs.
  • Stripe and Link payment services for pay-per-render quotes, payment authentication, billing, fraud prevention, receipts, and transaction records.
  • Infrastructure, analytics, email, security, monitoring, logging, support, and professional service providers that help us run the service.
  • Law enforcement, regulators, courts, payment networks, or other parties when required by law, needed to enforce our terms, or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, and platform integrity.
06

Retention

We keep data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

  • Account, project, uploaded asset, generated media, and render history are generally retained until you delete them, close the account, or request deletion, subject to backup, security, billing, and legal retention needs.
  • Paid quote, wallet, transaction, receipt, tax, and accounting records may be retained for up to seven years or longer where law or payment-network rules require it.
  • API, MCP, security, and diagnostic logs are generally retained for 30 to 180 days, unless needed longer for abuse investigation, fraud prevention, debugging, legal claims, or security incidents.
  • Support and privacy request records are retained for as long as needed to handle the request and maintain a reasonable business record of the response.
  • Expired claim tokens, signed URLs, and temporary files are limited by their configured expiration or cleanup process, but related quote, render, billing, or log records may remain under the retention rules above.
07

User Controls

You can use available product settings or contact us to exercise privacy controls. Some controls depend on whether you use an account, no-account quote, Agent API key, or ChatGPT connector.

  • Access, update, export, or delete account information, projects, uploads, and generated outputs where product controls are available.
  • Revoke or rotate managed API keys, remove connector headers, disconnect the ChatGPT app, clear browser local storage or cookies, and avoid submitting sensitive content that is not needed for a render.
  • Request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction by emailing support. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where required for billing, security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
  • Opt out of non-essential marketing communications where offered. Operational, transactional, legal, security, and service messages may still be sent.
08

Model Training and Ownership

Your screenplays, prompts, uploads, projects, and generated outputs remain yours, subject to the Future Video Studio terms and applicable provider terms. We do not sell personal data.

Future Video Studio does not train Future Video Studio foundation models on private productions. Third-party model and infrastructure providers process your content as needed to deliver the requested outputs, subject to their applicable terms and data-processing commitments.

09

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, TLS in transit, service authentication, secret handling, logging, and limited provider access based on operational need.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, API keys, connector secrets, claim tokens, and signed URLs.

10

Children and Sensitive Data

Future Video Studio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Do not submit highly sensitive personal data, confidential third-party data, payment card numbers, government identifiers, health information, biometric data, or content you do not have the right to process unless it is necessary for your render and permitted by law and our terms.

11

International Transfers

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or they operate. Data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms for cross-border processing and provider commitments.
